Guys One of my friend has below problem can somebody has any information?

He received EAD for himself and his spouse. But INs screwed up. They switched the photographs. His card was having wifes photo and vice versa.
Few days later he received payroll and same with payrol.

Now he is worried is it an often case with INS or will it impact GC processing time. Is there any way to find out that on;y photos were swapped not all the paper work.

H1 is valid till next Feb.

All your help is appreciated.

I had same situation before, worse than that. they noly switch the picture but also made all of our gender "M".
u can have two ways to do it.
1. ignore it until u get your green card, it is a best way if you don\'t need your ead and your wife\'s. u still holding h1, right?
2. take a lot time call them and telling them that u need to change picture and sex. but it doesn\'t effect anything about processing time.
we filed 485 on March 2nd. 2001, and get ead card around April or May (I forget the exact date, sorry), then we found the error immeditately and called them again and again. we got finger print notice on July and we did it on Aug. 3rd. we didn\'t get our new EAD card util last month.

Filing 485 -may get laid off

    I am in the phase of filing I485 but I may get laid off from my company. They are willing to provide me an leave of absence. With this if I file my 485 is it would give any problem. Please advise me.\
