Urgent help needed 485 Denied

Hi

Yday my husband and I got 485 denial letter. I am on my h4. I got one project which starts from monday 8th August. Can I still use my EAD?
Our lawyer has filed MTR for I140.

Please help

why is your I-485 denied. Please post your case details. Once I-485 is denied you cannot use EAD/AP. underlying EAD/AP's are invalid.
 
My husband is holding his 7th Year h1 currently. I am on my h4 visa.

My LC was approved in July 23 2003. I140, 485, EAD, AP filed august 20 2004. I got EAD and AP approvals for both ( me and my husband) . I got denials for I140 and 485 on july 29 2005. Our lawyer says he has filed for MTR. Our company did not reveal but looks like its "ability to pay issues" for denial of I140.

So now what options we have if we cant win the MTR. what are the chances and if it gets rejected, are we entitled to reapply the I140?

Please help. We are too much worried.
