Hi Guys,
I was working with company 'X' and filed I-485 and got EAD, Payrole and done fingerprints. The company "x" got some financial problems and sold all consultants(Including me) to Company "Y" with the agreement of "X" company has to generate the paystubs and Company "Y" has to Pay the salaries until whose I-485 passes 180 days to the filing date. This process went well for two months.
Yesterday i got the PayStub from company "Y" which is showing all federal,soc and state tax paid by this company. I wondered how they did without valid H1 or EAD(I supposed to get this from Company "X").
I calledup company "Y" then those guys are asking my EAD #.
Please guys let me know, Is there any problem in the future if give EAD to Company "Y" without passing 180 days.
