Urgent! Help!Lawyer says we WILL get interviewed when filing I185?

I checked the email our company's attorney sent to us when they sent the I485 to VSC last Oct., and came across the following words(that worries me:mad: ):
....
The INS will submit the fingerprints to the FBI for a background check, which can take another 4 to 6 months.

After all the information has been received and reviewed by the INS, you and your wife will be sent a notice instructing you to appear for your final immigration interview. ......

My Questions are:
How come the lawyer said we WILL get the final interview letter when filing I485?

Is there any criteria for the final interview letter when filing the I485?

The fingerprinting is a routine thing. Normally, the FBI sends back the results within the same day or upto 3 days. It is INS that takes 4-6 months before picking up the case file. It does not seem like you will get an interview, the attorney must be using a summer intern to type up that letter.
