I transferred my H1b Visa to a new employer.
After getting this new I797 i found that my First Name and Last Name got interchanged both in petition and in I-94. The employer who filed the petition is asking em to join them immediately. Do you think there will be any issue with my joining the company with these errors in the approval petition.
How can i correct this issue?
Can i visit local INS office directly or do i need to contact some lawyer?
Any idea ?
