URGENT HELP, I miss my biometrics

Please help, I am very nervous. I missed my biometrics appointment. I received the letter today, and appointment was today. At the beginning in big letters it says... " If you fail to appear as scheduled, your application will be considered abandoned." Then at the end it says... REQUEST FOR RESCHEDULING... "If you are unable to appear at this time, you may go on any FOLLOWING Wednesday at the same time noted above, as long as you appear before 11/01/2006"

What all this mean?? The problem is I did know it was today, so I did not ask for any reschedule. Can I still appear next wednesday? Please help me...

I think you should go to the ASC as soon as possible. At times they will accomodate you.

We changed states and went in to the Denver ASC 4 days before my FP appointment.......with a New York ASC appointment notice and they still did my biometrics on the spot.

Just go to the office with your notice and explain your situation.
 
Wednesday (in some offices) is a "walk in day". They try and accomodate people who don't have same day appointments.
 
Don't worry!

Like it says: "you may go on any FOLLOWING Wednesday at the same time noted above, as long as you appear before 11/01/2006".
