Urgent Help for Minor Dependent 485

Senior Gurus, Please help

I got 485 approved on May 12 for my wife and me but for my son (9 year old) status has not yet change.
No RFE ..
I receive approval letter on May 16.

-Can you tell me how it can happen..?
-Is there a problem in his case..?
-Should I wait for his approval before getting our passport stamped?
-Can I get his passport stamped based on our approval notice.

We are also in the same boat. We got approved on April 10th. But our son is not yet approved. I spoke to IIO twice. They said the case is pending. We got our passport stamped on 24th April. I don't think you have to wait for your son's approval. As far as I learned you cannot stamp your son's passport based on your approval.
