Please help me out
My H1B and I-94 both expired (by 08/31/05). I started the renew process two months ago. But got stucked in state labor department for Prevailing Wage proof.
w/o it, my employor cannot continue on.
The best they hope is get it by next week. But now I am out of status.
I wish I could start the renew earlier.
Can somebody here give me some information about my situation?
Must I go out US to apply H1? or I can still wait inside US and submit the application with an explanation about the delay?
Any information is highly appreciated! Thanks a lot!
