I am on f1 visa at present .My husband is apllying for counsellin processin after clearing the labor stage,Now for me to get invovled in the green card prosee is it ok if I get my H4 stmped after the second stage is clear,also i want to know that if I can get h4 stamped by going to mexico etc,or do I have to apply to INS for visa chang from F1-h4 and how much time will this take.
