urgent help for EVL AC 21

I am a new member, so thank for any help you guys can provide. I will work a new company soon. everything has gone smoothly up to the point of issuing EVL. They will file AC 21 for me but they don’t use the same job description as I used for my I 140. These two jobs’ nature are very similar and the tiles are same. The problem for the new job description is that it uses many big complex words, I doubt INS people will see the similarity.
Would this EVL get me trouble later? What alternatives I have? Shall I file later instead of the first month? THANKS!!

In the EVL you produce, the even though the job title is different, it is better that the job duties are similar or same.

You must ask your now company to give an EVL stating job description similar to the one on labor certification.

There are lot of immigration issues/problems that are not in our hands, so that we can do right, we must do it right.

sorry to jump onto this. Does anyone know the exact question number on LC
where the job description is listed. (for non perm LC)

There are 2 forms,
1. Application for alien employment certification
2. requirements for alien employment certification (I dont know the individual form numbers)

In the first form, Item 13. Typically this also same as job duties listed for your prior jobs in the second form.
