Hi all, my lawyer is about to submit I-140 petition. In my PERM application, there's one requirement '2 years experience on technology A'. While I worked for 2.5 years for my previous employer, only about 5 months of the duty were using technology A, the other times the job duty had very little to do with technology A.
While the above is the bad part, the good part is, my supervisor at my previous employer agreed to write a letter with statement like 'during his work at xxx, yyy's duty included applying technology A to xxxxxxxxxxxxx', which made it look like this technology was used for a full 2.5 years. He also agreed, if USCIS called him, he will let them know the same thing as said on the experience letter.
I am still very worried anyway, because in my H1B petition for my previous employer, technology A only took a small portion. Do you I will have a big problem with the current situation?
