I applied for EAD along with I-485. But when INS sent the receipt notice they were in my wife\'s name. I did apply for he I-485 along with me and did\'t apply her EAD.
But contacted INS serveral time did\'t correct the problem in the system.
Is is possible to get iEAD (interim EAD) with this kind of problem?
Any one in the same boat and any info is greatly appriciated.
