Urgent Help .. EAD/H1 and company stopped paying.

Hello everyone,
Can someone help us out with this.
Wife received EAD through my company and presently working on H1 visa with a consulting comany. The comapny stops paying.

Will there be a probelms
1) for her legal status on EAD.
2) In Obtaining the Green Card for both of us.

As long as she recd. her EAD through you, and you\'re still getting paid by your company, her working, being on EAD or H1 doesn\'t matter. She\'ll get it along with you. To the INS, her working or not working is the same. They don\'t care.
