Urgent Help !EAD Expiring 9/20

hi ,
i recently got my 485 approved and my wife's EAD is expiring on 9/20 ,
can she go to the INS office and request another temporary card .she applied for it on Aug12th. or is it better to quit her job and wait till she gets her EAD or 485 approved and look for another job. as she has to loose a job in hand.

Try to get the interm EAD. IF she also got 485 approved show the web site print approval and get it stampped. then there is no need of EAD.

If she is not approved then she has to wait, ask her to tell her company the status and get some vacation incase she did not get her IntermEAD.

Why should she quit if she already a job on hand. IF she gets better pay and very good company stay with them.

I have got my 485 approved and my wife's is still pending. so it is necessary that 90 days be over so that we can go to the INS office to ask for her
IntermEAD.

Yes. the EAD application must be pending for 90 days for the local office to give you an interim EAD.
