URGENT HELP - EAD expires

My EAD is expiring on Feb 2006.

My spouse has apllied for L1 Extention and my L2 extention.

1. Can I apply for EAD once he gets the reciept number? Or should I wait for L1/L2 approval

2. Can I continue work, once I apply for EAD extention? Or should I wait for EAD approval?

You can apply for ead extension right now. You should have applied 180 days before expiry.

But you cannot work until you get your ead. Until the visa extension approval happens, the ead will not be renewed.
