Urgent Help!!Docs to prove 2 years HRR

I will be completing my 2 years rule on 29th Sept 2005. I have my visa appt with US Consulate in Chennai,India.

I had left US on Sept 2003 29th to India.I have not travelled since then outside India and have been physically residing here in India.

Now that my Visa Interview is there on 29th 2005 and am applying for Blanket L1 visa, what are the documents which I need to show that I have been physically present in India since past 2 Years.

Kindly reply at the earliest.

you can show

if iam not mistaken you can show documents of employment during the period of the 2 year HRR and if you were studying show the docs that indicate what you were doing at that period from the school. I recommend you email the US consulate on what docs they will require,

You need to show employment letter, copies of all passport pages showing the dates you returned, bank statements that show that you made transacctions in India. If you have any airine, train tickets etc. Phone bill, credit card statement, et showing your address in India and showing that you made transactions there. These should suffice. In my case they did not see any of these but I had to submit some of these before the yapproved my H1B.
