Hi,
I got a notice for FP which is supposed
to be on 09/18/02.Today when i was going through
INS site it says that 3rd wed of each month is closed.Is it true?i am trying to speak local ins office.Since i dont have much time for a change of date,any information regarding this is higly appreciated.Thanx
