Urgent Help!Can EAD as full time student?

Hi, guys,
It is really urgent, and if anyone knows please give me some info.
I was H4, now EAD 485pending,

my RD Jun. 2002

I got an admission to school this fall.
1.I received I20 but was told I couldn't change to F1,should I return the I20?
2.Can I use EAD to study Full Time?
3.If GC was denied, how can I continue my study?
Because my study may last 2 years, however, my case maybe processed during my study.

Are their anyone on the same boat?
I'm really worried about it...

Hi judy_2003, first of all, I assume you are not primary applicant of GC. I am of the understanding that one can study full-time when they have an EAD (only secondary applicant - as a dependant). Usually schools ask for I-485 receipt and a copy of EAD. But to be sure, check with your school's international program department and your lawyer. Thats what I did for my wife and my lawyer told me that she can study. As you said the drawback is in case of a denial and the continuity gets affected.

Also, I am not sure of the complications that could arise when you apply for F-1 after the denial as BCIS might argue that you have an immigration intent. But if you are reasonally confident that there wont be a denial I think you shouldn't worry too much. But please do check with your lawyer and college. Hope it helped !!

yes you can study on EAD and work on campus

My wife is studying on EAD and she is my dependent. Good thing about EAD is that she can work on campus more than 20 hours unlike F1 and one can receive all other sort of fundings like scholarship etc. College will take copy of EAD and may ask for a copy of I-485 receipt. It is upto their discretion.

I am just taking

a non-degree course....school just asked for my Visa (I have appplied for I-485), I gave them the Notice of Action(h-1) and a photocopy of my EAD.
I am the primary applicant...Does anybody see any immigration related issue?
