Urgent Help- Adding Spouse to CP petition- I140 approved while single

Here is the summary of my situation- I applied for my I140 when I was single and it has been approved. NVC has sent me a Pkt 3 or DS-230 part I or something.

I am now engaged to be married in Late August of this year. What is the safest route I can take so that my fiancee can be added to this application... the key would be to lose as little time as possible. Anyone who has had a similar experience, please post- your lessons learnt will be greatly appreciated.

Wait till u get married

First get married and then apply the DS-230 the next day. Since that is the proof that you have applied for Marriage certificate or you have marriage certificate. Even though lawyers say that you can write ur fiancee name in DS-230, do take any risks. It is worth waiting till August.
