urgent !!H4 travel while H1B case received and pending

I have my H4 visa valid till 27-Oct-2007.
I applied for H1b 2008 and i got selected in the H1B lottery for 2008 and my case status with USCIS is "received and pending."
I am planning to travel to India(my home country) on June 9th 2007 and return on July 1st 2007.

Will my travel affect my H1B ? that is will my H1B get cancelled ?

Attorney or somebody please reply me as early as possible.
 
You'll be fine with travelling plans. as you have your H1B valid till oct 27, 07. its advisable to take a letter from a company and visit. mukesh, rahaism.com
