Hi all,
Would really appreciate your opinions on this. My wife and I are Indian citizens. Originally I got here on H1 and my wife on H4. She recently converted to a H1 after completing a masters degree from a US state school.
Can she take the chance of stamping in Toronto or should she get it stamped in India? What are the other options that she has?
