I changed my job recently and applied for H1B transfer 1 week back. Me(H1B) and my wife(H4) have our visas stamped till Mar
2006. Now my wife is in India and we are confused regarding her travel back to USA. Please let us know about the following.
1. Can my wife travel back to USA with the H4 Visa she has till Mar 2006? i.e old employer's H4 visa? And till when?
2. If we apply for her H4 visa now, can she come back to USA just by her H4 approval(not stamped) and previous visa?
3. Does she have to get her new H4 visa stamped and then come to USA? Is this the only way it can happen?
