I am planning to apply for a degree course in April'09 on H4. Meanwhile my visa is getting expired in september'09,but my husband has applied for his(H1) & mine(H4) visa extension in April'09. Once i get the admission in April'09,i'm planning to COS to F1 in July'09.Can i apply for F1 in july'09 while my H4 extension would be pending? And if i apply which one would get rejected? Also if everything goes well, and i apply for F1 in July'09 but gets rejected later in which status will i be then; as my H4 would have been overruled by F1.
