Hi,
My husband got his H1B visa stamped in the month of October 2006. I went for H4 visa along with my Daughter in the month of March 2007. At this time my husband was still in India when I had gone for the stamping. The consulate gave me a 221g form and asked me to produce my husbands 6 months payslip.
My husband travelled to US in the month of July 2007. And in the month of December 2007 he got his Visa transfered to a new employeer and so his status has changed.
So do i have to cancel my old application and barcode and get a new barcode, book for a new appointment.
If so how do i cancel my application
Please help ?
