URGENT - H1B - LCA Validity

My H1B thru Company A is valid thru July 02. I left Company A and joined Company B in a new location after H1B transfer mid 01. The visa stamp in my passport is still from Company A. Iam thinking about going back to the same job/same job location that I was in with Company A next month. I checked the LCA and the validity of the LCA for Company A is valid thru July 02.
Does Company A need to apply for a H1B transfer? Since the LCA and the visa are still valid can I just go back and start working with them again?
Please let me know Gurus.
Thanks.

I don\'t think so ...

Once you have transferred your H1B from Company A to Company B, I don\'t think that your older H1B Visa (from A) is valid any more, even if the expiry date on the Visa stamp has not been reached.

You said that the Visa stamp in your Passport is still from Company A - didn\'t you receive a new stamp from Company B when you applied for a transfer?

In either case, I still believe that Company A will have to apply for another H1B transfer in order for you to work for them once again.

Hope that helps - Prashant.
