URGENT: H1B 6th year will expire soon, Recapture , PERM, best option?

My 6th-year H1B will expire in September 2009.

Here is my current situation:
- I have approximately 105 days to recapture.
- I am just about to start filing PERM.

1. What's the best option to extend it?

2. Should I file extension based on recapture or file PERM then file extension based on PERM? Do I still have enough time to file extension based on PERM? Pls note that my H1B will expire on Sept 2009.

Please advise.
