URGENT: H1 on your passport

I have the H1 B petition I 797 form with me which I did not get stamped or sent to the consulate. I am going to India for 2 weeks and my H1 expires 2003. Will they let me reneter the US? What if I don\'t hold the passport of the country I am going to visit? Will they give me Multiple entry visa at the airport when coming back?

some info for your Visa...

As far as I know..U have to take the Visa of the COuntry U are planning to Visit..wether Business or Travel etc. Very few countries give visa on the Airport and that too for a limited period.. 24 - 48 hrs..max.. as per my experiances in Dubai.

Further U can re-enter US as long as U have multiple entry stamp on your visa and U come before the Visa stamp expires on the Passport..not the I94.
