He has h1-b from a consultant company A. got h1-b approved on Dec 2006.
he is on bench since the beginning. he was not paid anything so no pay stud.
Got tired and started looking for job himself and Now if he get a job from company B.
what are his options.
1. Can he get h1-b transfer without getting 2 pay stub.
2. What is validity of original h1-b visa, if he does not join the company A, is there any time limit, h1-b can get invalidated.
3. even he request company A to provide pay stub, how can he do that. please provide some suggestions on this.
