URGENT LEGAL ADVISE NEEDED:
My appointment for H1-B stamping in Ottawa is on Jan 3rd, 2007. My passport expires on May 29th, 2007. The Confirmation Letter states that the passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond stay in the US. My passport is expiring 5 months 26 days after my entry to the US (assuming I get the H1-B visa stamped right away). Am I at risk or will they overlook this clause?
Please advise. I leave in 2 days!!!
