Urgent!! H1 7th yr extn Labor applied with H1 validity < 1yr I-140 pending

I have a specific case.

I have applied for labor in Apr'07 and my H1 expires in Dec'07. Currently my I-140 is in pending status. I also applied in Aug cycle for I-1485, EAD,AP.
My H1 documents are as per paper are valid till July 2008(My stay if calculated is ending by end of this year 2007).

May I know the options that I have with respect to staying in USA and working post 2007
 
Please explain the scenario on how it is preserved
