- HS Diploma
- Associates Degree
- 6-8 yrs work experience
- MCSE, MCP , MCSA
- some IT Skills (Flash, Frontpage)

I think the important thing is to get your education and experience evaluated to be equal to a US bachelor's degree. I'm sure your prospective employer would do it for you.
