Hi,
I am currently on an H-1B with company A. I filed for a transfer with another company B (while I am still employed with A). Because I did premium processing I got my H-1B tranfer in 7 days! However, I have now changed my mind, and would not like to take up the offer with company B.
Am I legally allowed to do so after my H-1B has been approved with company B? How can my current H-1B (from current employer A) be valid when a new one has been approved by DOL? Do I need to inform BCIS/DOL that I would like to continue working with company A?
This is kind of urgent, because I need to take action by end of today. Please advice.
thanks
Rahul
