All,
I graduated with my Bachelors degree from a US university in June '04 and was granted my OPT to work in the US. However, like many of us, our company lawyer was not able to file for the H-1B due to the cap filling up.
Since my OPT expires on June 30th 2005 (F-1 expires on Aug 1st 2005), I have only a few months to figure out what to do.
I don't qualify for the increase in the H-1B cap since I don't have a Masters degree or higher.
What are my visa options at this stage to remain in the country and continue working?
