URGENT: Fresh H1 Stamping in Mexico

Hi All,

Currently I'm working on L1B. I would like to go to Mexico for H1 stamping after September 20th.

1) I completed my MCA in India. Will consuler recognizes my indian acadamic certificates? or will they ask me to go to home country for stamping?

2) I heard that there is chance that they will ask me to go to home country. What is possibility of such cases...Have you heard of any case like that?

If this is the 1st time you are going for a H-1B stamp, it is advisable that you go to your country of origin.
