Urgent - Form 325 Biographic Information - problem

My employer is not ready to support for the 7 months I didnt get the project in the begining.
Should I mention a gap of 7 months in the Biographic Information. Since I started getting paid after 7 months but my employer paid for my Insurance and took care of my stay and food during those 7 months.

What will be the cause if I mention a gap of 7 months in the Biographic Information.

please any suggestions.

I am not a lawyer, but I suggest you consult with one - or perhaps he gurus here will also answer.

It is fairly easy for the USCIS to notice any gaps (that's the kind of stuff they sometimes look for, especially if you get an RFE for tax returns, etc.) so tell the truth. Being 'supported' but not paid by an employer is not a good thing as the USCIS is most concerned about the possibility of someone not getting paid properly for their work (even if that is not the fact of your case).

There is a section of the code called 245(k)? that I believe can be invoked if you were actually out of status, but I think the period has to be 180 days (6 months) or less. Anyone else care to offer advice here?
 
But does USCIS match
Labor ,supporting documents and Form 325A together ??

My Labor and my SUpporting documents match but my Form 325A does not. I have entered the correct information on Form 325A.

Regarding 245(K) its from the Last legal entry. I have everything perfect from my last legal entry.

You should put what the truth is. Since it happened before your last entry, it should not affect your GC based on 245(k). To be 100% sure, consult with a lawyer.
 
I had Insurance from Wellchoice for the 7 months from my employer but no pay. My Attorney's paralegal is confused so no Answer from her.

So does it mean that I was employed or just still it should be a gap?
