urgent for EAD renewal

Hi all

I filed my EAD renewal on Dec. 23 and received the receipt on Jan. 8. But I just find I missed out the issued date of my previous EAD when I filled in the Form I765.

Shall I need to fill in another completed I765 and supplement it to INS? I worry that it will comfuse INS.

Will INS return my application because of the incompleted form I765?

Don't worry

We wrote incorrect date on our I-102 ( form to replace lost I-94).
Instead of writing expiry date of I-94 , we wrote expiry date from
EAD ( Since those columns were next to each other).
That generated RFE for my wifes case.
After talking to IIO, they suggested to write simple letter and explain that mistake. Her application for I-94 is approved.
My case did not generate RFE but I talkd to IIO and informed of that mistake on phone... mine is not yet approved..

That's fine ...

I did the same (missed issue date of previous EAD) and got my EAD in one month without any RFE.Did you send the copy of your previous EAD ? then it willbe fine , they will get the date from that.So you will be fine .
