URGENT - Experience Letter for I-140

My labor is approved but I am facing 2 problems:

1. Even though I had been consulting my labor application lists my clients as my employers. This is obviously wrong and my lawyer informed me about this only at this stage. What can be done to rectify this ?

2. Assuming I can convince these clients I am still in a fix since some of the comapnies closed in dot com bust.

Only comforting thing is my consulting company is ready to give any kind of experience letter. ( mentioning work history with ALL clients I worked for in past. ).


I am sure many of you would have experienced these kind of problems. Please help.

Iif you mentioned your previous clients as your employers, you did a mistake. INS doesn't care who were your previous client. Your lawyer must be a stupid to file like that.

I think the better option would be talk to your lawyer for different options.
