Urgent:Experience Letter for I-140 filing

Hi Guys,

My EB3 labor was approved recently and going for I-140.EB3 labor requires BS with 1 or 2+ years experience.But my labor was filed with 7+ years of experience.I came to know that the job duration for 2 positions were overelapped and there was a mistake in dates.My questions are

1.Mistake in Job duration cause any problem in my I-140 approval.
2.Do I need to submit experience letter for 7 years for EB3 I 140 ?

Please advice me .....
