I had been working for my previous employer in China for four years before I came to US for my master education on 07/20/03. I'm now offerred a position in the same company in US who can sponsor L1-A for me.
My questions are:
If I want to apply for GC through EB-1C, do I have to apply before 07/20/05 to meet the same "working for the same company oversea at least one year out of the previous three years" requirement? Or, in my case, the "three years" means "three years preceding my entrance to US as a F1 student". In other words, I can apply for GC through EB-1 anytime in future as long as I'm still under L1-A status.
