I applied for an EAD in NSC and my ND is 06/04/2003.
NSC Transferred the case to Cleaveland Office yesterday(08/04/2003).
My I-485 case is pending in local office(Columbus). May be this is the reason why they transferred.
Cleaveland has to transfer the case in turn to Columbus Office and Columbus Office has to call me for an appt inorder to issue EAD (I guess that is the procedure).
Any ideas what is the time frame.?
I'm kind of nervous because my current EAD expires 9/11/2003.
Also I need to travel before 09/11/2003. Is there a way to get EAD at the columbus office before cleaveland transfers the case?.
Any ideas would help.
