Urgent EAD Renewal

Hi Guys!


Today I am getting ready to apply for renewal of EAD for my wife. I am little bit of getting confuse what is the application Fee($120 or $175) that I have to pay at this time. I know there is a proposal for fee increase i dont know when it is going to be effective. Please clarify for me i know there are lot of GURU out there who can help me to clarify.

The fee increase was not affected immeditely. The form should say what the fee is.

As of today, 3/2/04, the USCIS web site still displays a fee of $120. So you should be fine.
