Urgent Ead Related Question

Hello Friends,

Service Center: NSC

My EAD Expires on 10 Jan 2002. I have applied for EAD Renewal on OCT 2001.
My Wife\'s EAD got approved (ND Nov 14) but I didn\'t receive my Notice Number for EAD Renewal from INS. Does anybody is in the same situation?

In Case If I didn\'t receive EAD Renewal by JAN 10th 2002, should I stop working with the current client? My Lawyer said that she will call INS to inquire about this.

Even I cannot visit local INS to try for EAD renewal since I dont have the EAD Renewal Receipt. Please comment/advice.

If I am you, I will visit the local INS and give them the A# and asking what you should do. If you are luckly, the local INS officer may help you out.

Sometime the lawyer told you, "We will check for you" But they do not do anything.

Called NSC and talked with IIO today. After getting A# from me, she said that the EAD was approved on DEC 1st 2001 and Renewed EAD was posted to my old address.

I have moved to new Address at Sacramento just 2 weeks back. She changed my New Address and asked me to call back next week incase If I dont receive EAD.

Hope POST OFFICE will forward EAD cards to my new address.
