URGENT: EAD Lost, Please advice.

Hello all,
My spouse's purse was stolen yesterday in San Francisco. She lost her EAD card among other things. Can you please advice us on how to get the replacement. How long does it usually take to get a replacement ? Does she become ineligible to work now ?
What documents do we need to have to get the replacement?

1. She need to apply for Replacement EAD. The same I-765 form/fee.

2. She is eligible to work. Hope you have copies of the stolen card.
