I'm e-filing my I-140 today or tomorrow (july 27th) - I noticed that the e-filing system asks whether there are any other forms filed concurrently and provides I-485 as one option.
I am going to send my supporting documentation for I-140 next week - if I select I-485 concurrent option, do I have to send the paperwork for that along with my I-140 documents? Or can I send it any time before Aug. 17th?
Or should I say no concurrent filing and just send my I-485 with the I-140 receipt # sometime before Aug 17th?
I want to finish my I-140 e-filing before 3PM Friday as the site will be down for maintenance after that.
I hope someone can give me some advice on this before then! Thank you so much!
