Urgent:DOB wrong on EAD...attny says need to refile with new fee..!!

DOB wrong on EAD card..?
attorneys we need to refile with both EAD and AP again with new fee...?
this is en error from USCIS end..

I do not think so. Even if it is your Error Go to Local office talk to them. They will sort it out.

its my 'fate' with this stupid attorney of mine...wish I could slice him into pieces..

I had just seen the documentation which they had submitted to USCIS..this is my daughter's EAD..they had entered my younger one's DOB in the application..
so the error is from this damn attorney..

trust me there is steam coming out my ears..!!

you think I can go to the local office and get it fixed..actually I am not very keen with the EAD..more concerned with the AP,i think she had got the AP too with the wrong DOB but hasn't told me that they have got it ..the LUD for AP shows Nov 7th..

planning to send the kids back home on AP for coming summer vacation...
