Urgent, CP in Jan

Dear Friends, I have my cp in last week of Jan. I was in project till first week of Dec. My company is trying to another client but due to holidays and market condition, not sure that I will get one before i go for CP. My company is saying that they will give me employment letter saying that my assignment finished in Dec. 2001 and they will be searching new assignement for me after my return from CP, instead of saying that I will have my job on my return.

Questions,
1) will this create problem in my CP ?
2) What should i do in this case ?

Also my comapny does not have any notari to notarised the letter, can I notarise it in my bank with bank notari ??

With this kind of employment letter, you can easily be doomed to stay in your country of origin.

Karanraj, Your Employer Letter should say you have a Job offer for the future.

Notorization in a bank is fine as long as your employer sign before the bank. Your Letter should not say that your Project is finished any where. 100% rejection if your letter say project is over.
