URGENT::CP HELP:: Waiting for PD and getting a job in India and relocating!!.

Hello,
My PD is June 20 2002 and I am waiting for the interview dates.

I have got a good offer in India and I am planning to relocate to India. How will this affect my CP/GC? My H1 is valid till Oct 2006 and I am starting in India in Mar 01. Should I be taking any kind of paper work from my present employer?

My lawyer is not that good and is pro-employer!. So any help from this forum is greatly appreciated.

you would need all the docs needed in the pkt3 + pkt4. However you SHOULD definetely make sure your company is ok and is guaranteed to give you a job in the future (ie during gc interveiw and after you land up in US back again).
