Urgent !! CP Gurus - Thoughts on postponing at last minute ?

Is it possible to postpone late in the process (interview at end of month)? If it is done, can we govern the new date ? How does the new Pkt 3 procedure at NVC change things ?

I am planning to send P3 but won\'t make it before Feb 15 cut off and so probably will get end of May interview right? I am trying to avoid interview between May 20 and June 20. What do you think I should do? I am applying AC-140 to mumbai

a) hold on to P3 and mail it after March 15
b) Send it after Feb 15, include letter requesting late april or early May interview and hope for the best. Then if I don\'t get deseired date - I can postpone

What do you guys suggest.Please help

bluegrass: the cutoff date etc is just a good guesstimate

There is no guarantees of when things will be scheduled. There have been quite a few cases when this has not held true.

So I would suggest send in your pkt 3 with a request for your dates stating reason (they will not entertain any request without proper very valid reasons) and postpone it later if you have no choice.
