Hi .. Are we required to bring to the interview at the embassy a copy of the DSP-122 & DS-230 Part I and II forms that we submitted to KCC ?

I am curious as well!

I think whether they require it or not at the interview, there is no harm in having a copy of them with you during the interview. I have a copy of them in electronic format and unsigned on my computer. If needed, I could print them. But I did not get a photocopy of the forms that I sent to KCC. I am also curious regarding this matter. Let's see what others say.

Step 4: Your Interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate Abroad

After all of your forms have been received and approved by the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC), based on visa availability, you may receive an interview appointment letter indicating the date, time, and location of your visa interview. You will need to be present at the interview, as well as your spouse and children (as applicable) who are applying for a diversity immigrant visa.

Note: The completed original Form(s) DS-230, Form DS-122 and photographs you submitted in Step 2.will be sent by KCC to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you will be interviewed.

I realized that I had done a minor mistake in Form DS-230 Part 1, and then emailed them a week a go. Their response was I can send the another form either via a courier, email, or present the form during the time of interview. For me its a good idea.............look at this>>>>

Thank you for your inquiry.

The following should be re-sent to KCC to begin the processing of your case:

· DSP 122 completed for the principal applicant

· DS 230 Part I completed for all family members & principal applicant applying for a Diversity Visa

· DS 230 Part II completed for all family members & principal applicant applying for a Diversity Visa

·Two (2) passport size full face photograph for each family member & principal applicant applying for a Diversity Visa

To Download the forms, please check the website at http://travel.state.gov/visa/forms/forms_1342.html.

If additional pages are need for a response, you may add a sheet of paper. Include the form number and the question number on the top of the added page. Any additional documents may be sent to KCC with your forms, or you may take those with you to the DV interview appointment.
