Urgent ?? Commission from MLM company to a H4 holder

Hi,

I would like to know if anyone who is on H4 visa holder becomes a user of a product of a MLM company and then introduce one friend to the MLM company. This friend who is a citizen of US does this business full-time and earns a lot on it. But at the same time the H4 holder who introduced to her starts making money as well due to the efforts of the friend.

Do you think this will raise flags at the INS or the IRS? As far as it is concerned it's the friend who is doing good business but the H4 visa holder get bonus b'se of the introduction and is passive, does nothing.

Any comments/suggestions/advice on this.
 
H4's does not have work authorization. Yes USCIS might raise flags at your green card, if it can be shown as passive income (commission/dividends), it might fly, again check with your attorney
